Includes 2 prenatals & 1 postpartum visit. These sessions will be used to get to know one another & work together to determine how your birth team & I can best support you. We will establish your birthing goals, practice comfort & coping techniques, discuss advocacy with providers & postpartum planning. You have access to me by phone/email & at 38 wks, I am on call for you 24/7. I will support you physically & emotionally throughout active labor & birth & up to 2 hours after. $3000-$3600

We will discuss birth expectations & goals, the physiological birth process, what to expect in labor, laboring & birthing positions, how to use breath, movement & physical touch to bring comfort, possible medical interventions & what to expect in the birthing space as well as lactation prep. 2 sessions, 3 hrs each $375

This packages combines my entire childbirth education course (in 3 prenatal visits) with all of my birth support services. You have access to me by phone/email & at 38 wks, I am on call for you 24/7. Physical & emotional support throughout active labor & birth & up to 2 hours after with 1 postpartum follow-up visit. This is the most convenient way to gain practical childbirth knowledge & support tailored to your unique needs. $3300-$3900

Support for those seeking guidance in lactation, supplementation, formula or combination feeding. as well as re-lactation & non-gestation lactation help. In home or virtual assessments in which we will discuss your particular goals and needs.This can look like but is not limited to, latch, positioning, supply, nursing/feeding strikes, SNS & any number of topics based on your particular situation. 90 minutes $175

Support for those seeking both self managed or in clinic abortion. This can include informational & resource navigation, rides to & from appts, in-person support for throughout at home medication abortion or surgical procedure (if permitted by clinic) & check-ins virtually before & after procedure. Pay what you can $30-$150
